Helping You Bring Clarity to Your Most Important Health Decisions
I know firshand the overwhelm of making health decisions.
In 2018, after losing my father to carcinoid — a rare neuroendocrine cancer — I learned about a research study at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. The goal was to screen for early signs and genetic markers, since catching carcinoid early can make all the difference.
But I wrestled with endless questions: Was the radiation worth it? What if they found something else? Could I afford the time and cost? As someone who usually avoided doctors, the idea of extra testing felt overwhelming.
After much prayer, reflection, and conversation with friends and family, I chose to go. Thankfully, everything came back clear, and even an incidental finding turned out fine.
Looking back, I’m proud of that decision — not because it was easy, but because I worked through my fears and aligned it with what mattered most to me.
But what I didn’t have was a coach — someone to give me space to sort through the noise and pressure of others’ opinions, and to find clarity in my own values. That’s what I now offer my clients.
As a health coach, I help people approach big decisions with peace, not pressure.
I believe we are all unique, everything is connected, and all things matter. My role is to hold space for you to explore your options and align your decision with what is important to you. And if faith is central to you, as it is to me, you should draw strength from that as well.

Together, we can move past the stress and “circling the drain” to make a decision about your health that you’ll feel confident and at peace with.
